You can send in a cash donation to help
families in the District Five community
OR
Send in a gift card (gas, WalMart,
Target, Lowe?s, groceries, etc.). Please
indicate amount of gift card
Regardless of your ability to donate
financially, we would like all of our
families to consider writing a note of
encouragement to flood victims. We
will ensure these notes reach families.

Our school screening program helps

identify children with untreated vision
and hearing issues.
Students in 3rd grade will also receive
a dental screening. If your child does
not meet district guidelines for passing
one of the screenings, we will let you
know and ask that you have your child
checked by a health care specialist.
