STATFAENT OF OBJECTS AND REASONS


Duc to the phenomenal esclation fn the value of immovable
prowrties, the Government have decided to enhance the
y c u n i a r y jurisdiction of t h e Senior Civil Judges from
rupecs f i v e a k h s to rupees ten lakhs and the appellate side
$=isdiction of t h e C h i e f J u d g e D i s t r i c t Judges i n , t h e -'State
from rupees one lakh t o rupees three lakhs b y s u i t a b l y a m e n d ing the Rndhra Pradesh C i v i l Court Ret, 1972 as suggested by
the U g h Caurt of Andhra Pradesh.

This BJll seeks to give effect to the above decision.
