BODY SCULPT fat torching and muscle sculpting workout guaranteed to whip you into shape!
BUTTS & GUTS strengthen & tone your glutes and abs using a variety of small props to help your muscles burn fat more efficiently!
BODYSHRED30 mins of intense cardio and resistance intervals help you burn calories and tone muscles! Feel the fat melt off your body!
LADIES BOUNCE Ladies Only! Have fun bouncing or jumping to simple moves on the rebounder. Many health benefits!
PILATES work your core and tone your muscles with an excellent balance of core strength & flexibility. Feel centered.
SENIOR CIRCUIT learn how to use several small props safely, with modifications if needed, for a full body workout at your own pace.
STEP learn the basic step moves and add on easy to follow step combinations in this beginner step class.
ZUMBA uses hypnotic Latin rhythms and pop music to create a dynamic cardio fitness program. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast
& slower rhythms are combined to tone your body while burning fat. Have fun!
ZUMBA TONING combines target body sculpting exercises & high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie burning,
strength training, dance fitness party. Use lightweight maraca-like toning sticks to enhance rhythm & tone arms, abs, glutes & thighs.
PERSONAL TRAINING & SMALL GROUP TRAINING also available to help you reach your goals faster! These training sessions are not part of class
