    DEED OF ASSIGNMENT AND TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENTS:


    This deed, made and entered into this 26th day of August, 2015 at the City of Iligan, by and
    between:
    Mike Dagalangit Taratingan , Filipino Citizen, of legal age, married, with
    residence and postal address at Sanguila Street, Poblacion, Kauswagan, Lanao Del
    Norte, hereinafter referred to as the "ASSIGNOR"
    -andMamintal Ampuan Ambola, Filipino Citizen, of legal age, married, with residence
    and postal address at NPC compound, Agus 1, Saduc, Marawi City, hereinafter
    referred to as the "ASSIGNEE".
    WITNESSETH that WHEREAS the ASSIGNOR is one of the legitimate heir of his ascendant, Dimatunday
    O. Taratingan who owns a one hundred twenty thousand (120,000) square meter more or less
    parcel of land situated at Brgy. Pangao-Saduc, Officers line, Marawi city ;
    WHEREAS the ASSIGNOR is the representative of the heirs of Dimatunday O.
    Taratingan and has a vested rights to transfer, convey, and assign all rights and interest over the
    above property;
    WHEREAS the heirs of the ascendant consented in good faith to the representation of
    the assignor over the above property and vested the assignor the right to transfer, convey, and
    assign all rights and interest over such property;
    WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR has offered to assign all his rights and interest over the
    above property and the ASSIGNEE hereby accepts the assignment in accordance with the terms
    herein set forth;
    NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and the sum
    of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P250,000.00), PHILIPPINE CURRENCY, which
    the ASSIGNOR hereby acknowledged to have received from the ASSIGNEE, the ASSIGNOR
    hereby assigns, transfers and conveys unto the ASSIGNEE, all his rights and interest to the
    aforementioned property pursuant to this Agreement and the ASSIGNEE by these presents
    hereby accepts the assignment

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands on the date and place first
