    Based on the documents attached to the
    INFORMATION filed by City Prosecutor Giselle Marie S.
    Geronimo and Deputy City Prosecutor Nereo T. Dela
    Cruz, which, was raffled to this Court on July 29,
    2013, probable cause exists to hold Accused ROGER
    TOLENTINO y MANALO liable for the crime charged.
    There is NO BAIL FIXED for the provisional
    liberty of Accused ROGER TOLENTINO y MANALO, in
    this case.
    The records show, that, Accused ROGER
    TOLENTINO y MANALO, is under the custody of the
    Provincial Intelligence Branch, Pampanga Police
    Provincial Office, Sto. Nino, City of San Fernando,
    Pampanga. The Chief of the Provincial Intelligence
    Unit/Provincial Anti Illegal Drugs Operation Taks

    Force, Pampanga Police Provincial Office, Sto. Nio,


    City of San Fernando Pampanga, is hereby directed to
    bring the Accused ROGER TOLENTINO y MANALO, to
    the custody of the Provincial Jail Warden, Pampanga
    Provincial Jail, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

    IN VIEW THEREOF, the Court sets the


    ARRAIGNMENT and PRE-TRIAL of Accused ROGER
    TOLENTINO y MANALO, on August 19, 2013 at 9:30 in
    the morning.
    Sheriff Carmelito D. Catajan, is hereby directed to
    serve a copy of this Order to the Chief of Police, City of
    San Fernando Police Station, City of San Fernando,
    Pampanga and to the Provincial Jail Warden,
    Pampanga Provincial Jail.
    The Officer having custody of the Accused is
    ordered to present the said Accused before this Court
    on August 19, 2013 at 9:30 in the morning.
    Issue SUBPOENA on the Arresting Officers, to
    appear on the scheduled hearing of the case.
    SO ORDERED.
