    JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT OF
    GREGORIO C. RIVERO
    Prepared as his direct testimony as witness in Criminal Case
    No. 49928 of the Municipal Trial Court of Zamboanga City, Ninth
    Judicial Region, Branch 1, per examination conducted by Atty.
    Narvaro Belar S. Navarro at his office at Room 8, 2 nd Floor, Safaya
    Building, Veterans Avenue, Zamboanga City, with the affiant
    having been made to understand that this is being made under
    oath a that he may face criminal liability for false testimony or
    perjury, and the same is offered to GREGORIO C. RIVERO, to
    identify and testify on documents, and to testify on other matters
    related to or germane to his main testimony.
    Question #1: Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and
    nothing but the truth, place it under oath so that any false answer
    that you will voluntarily and willingly give may subject you to
    criminal prosecution?
    A: Yes, sir.
    Q-2: In what language or dialect do you wish to be examined here?
    A: English
    Q-3: Please state your name, age and other personal
    circumstances.
    A: My name is Gregorio C. Rivero, 44 years of age, single, a
    Salesman by profession and a resident of Calle Real Street, Zone
    1, Mercedes, Zamboanga City.
    Q-4: How do you know the accused in this case?
    A: I work for her sausage business.
    Q-5: How long have been working there?

    A: Since 2003 up to the present.


    Q-6: Do you know of the existence of a Water Pump system in the
    house of Mrs. Vicenta Schlauch, if any?
    A: Yes, I know of a Water Pump System.
    Q-7: Where in the house is it specifically placed?
    A: At the back of the main building on her premises.
    Q-8: I have no further questions to ask you. Is there anything that
    you would like to add or detract from your answers in this
    affidavit?
    A: No more, sir, unless further asked.
    Q-9: Are you willing to sign and swear the truthfulness of all your
    answers in this judicial affidavit?
    A: Yes sir.
