Dr. R Gerald Bailey - Vice Chairman
Dr. R Gerald Bailey is the chairman of Bailey Petroleum LLC in Houston, Texas. Bailey Petroleum
LLC is involved in international oil and gas ventures and consulting with specific Middle East
expertise. He is also the CEO of the MCW Energy Group Limited.
He has a decades-long career in the petroleum industry with extensive engineering, management
and senior assignments. He also has domestic and international experience in all aspects of the
industry both upstream and downstream, with specific Middle East expertise, as well as U.S.
onshore and offshore.
Dr. Bailey was previously the president of the Exxon Arabian Gulf, where he was responsible for
all Exxon business interests in the Arabian Gulf region. He currently serves as chairman of two
publicly traded companies named Vanguard Energy and BCM Energy.
He is a member of the Middle East Policy Council and a life member of the American Institute of
Chemical Engineers, and a renowned author and speaker on energy and engineering topics. He
has written numerous articles, papers and studies about the oil industry, and has been a keynote
speaker of several international industry conferences.
Dr. Bailey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from the University of
Houston, a Master of Science degree in chemical engineering from the New Jersey Institute of
Technology and a PhD from Columbia Pacific University. He achieved postgraduate work at
Lamar University. He is a registered professional engineer in Texas.

Brian Figueroa - Chairman and CEO (Chief Executive Officer)
Brian Figueroa has more than 25 years of corporate management and entrepreneurial
experience. He made TEG into a successful commercial and residential contracting firm and
served as its CEO throughout its growing years. He leveraged his established contact base after
running the company as the CEO through its peak years to build his investment and
entrepreneurial career through the founding, cofounding and participation in domestic and
international businesses of various industries such as construction, energy, gaming and
telecommunications.
In 2008, he built a telecom franchise business with thousands of sales representatives in four
years. Since 2006, he has been an investor to a number of oil, gas and energy projects where he
developed the expertise and contacts in the petroleum industry and positioned himself to
establish Trinity Energy Group.
Brian is a skilled speaker and corporate operational executive with polished training skills. He is
certified in the Academy Training in Life Mastery, Date with Destiny, and Unleash the Power
Within in the Anthony Robbins Organization. He graduated from the 3% Club with Victor Hansen
and Bob Proctor's organizations. Victor Hansen is best known as the founder and co-creator of
the "Chicken Soup for the Soul" book series.
He attended and graduated from several entrepreneurial businesses and speaking courses for
the past 20 years. The Figueroa family owns a leading landscape and property maintenance
business throughout the area of Northern California.

icons exceeds thousands of accomplished people.
Leo Stroobants - Board Member
Leo Stroobants established numerous successful companies throughout his career with over 25
years of international experience in various industries such as corporate coaching, energy,
insurance, real estate, telecommunications and training. He is currently a business executive and
an entrepreneur, and is highly accomplished in executive management, strategic planning, sales,
marketing, public relations, government relations and corporate finance.
He graduated from many courses and post-graduate programs in the areas of entrepreneurial
studies, strategic thinking, management, leadership, investment, business and public speaking.
He also graduated as an officer from the Belgian Official Military School.
Leo received several diplomas in various disciplines such as neurolinguistics, Gestalt therapy,
and hypnotherapy as well as many certificates in emotional intelligence training as a professional
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) specialist.

He speaks fluent Dutch, English, French, and German, as well as conversational Italian and
Spanish. He is the author of various books, including an award-winning book and program.
Leo founded the Unlimited Development Resources - UDR Intl., an international corporate and
personal training company, where he developed a sales network of 16,000 sales people with a
corporate portfolio including 76,000 people. As the president and chairman of the firm for more
than 16 years, he became an accomplished recurrent speaker throughout specific countries in
Asia, Africa and Europe, with crowds ranging from 25 to over 3000 attendees.
He was the founder and co-founder of Central Europe's largest network marketing company for
telecommunications. He's also the founder of an international cosmetic company, a European
mortgage real estate investment company, an International antique marketing company, and a
crisis-management organization that was hired by international organizations.
Leo is currently building an international renewable energy corporation named Green Energy
Dynamics for wind farms, solar energy and other renewable energy products and service with
operations throughout Europe, and expanding to Poland, Greece, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan,
Croatia and several countries in Africa.
Victor Ortiz - Chief Financial Officer
Victor Ortiz held the role of a financial controller at Oracle Corporation and Monster Worldwide.
He is the founder and chairman of the board of Embrace the Children Camp - a nonprofit
charitable organization.
He has been acknowledged for his exceptional achievement in the business community. In 2007,
he was awarded as Entrepreneur of the Year by the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in San
Francisco, California.
Craig P. Illausky - Vice President Project Manager, Advisory Board
Craig Illausky has a career that spans in the power industry, petroleum industry, and food and
beverage. He has more than 28 years of industrial construction experience.
His career began in the hydroelectric power industry where he handles major construction
projects both in the United States and overseas. He served as owner and CEO of Farmington
Concrete Construction for 10 years. The company was considered as the 2nd largest concrete
construction company in the state of Connecticut.
Craig added management experiences include major power plant construction, demolition
projects, refinery turnaround programs, and new construction of refinery facilities and nationwide
program management of retail facilities for Mobil Oil.
Anthony Washington - Vice President, Business Development

Anthony Washington has more than 22 years of extensive experience in sales and marketing
across various industries including e-commerce, consumer products, high technology, publishing
and mortgage banking.
He has closed transactions with several renowned companies such as Mercedes-Benz of
America, Nike, American Airlines, Apple, Eastman Kodak, Texas Instruments, Sega, Nintendo,
Electronic Arts, IBM, and LA Gear.
Victor Roman - Vice President, Investment
Victor Roman has more than 17 years of work experience in sales management, stock brokering,
investment advisory, financial analysis and investor relations. He is currently a financial service
professional, and holds SEC Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
