    PASSIVE VOICE EXERCISES

    Fill in the blanks to change each active voice sentence into a passive
    voice sentence:
    EX: Henry Miller wrote that book. --> That book was written by
    Henry Miller.
    The president gave John an award. --> John _______ an award
    by the president.
    Everyone saw them. --> They ____ by everyone.
    The police brought him here. --> He ______here by the police.
    The firefighters saved the women. --> The women _____ by
