First the vacancy available then the HR manager sent the entered information to the
director of ministry of economic affairs for the approval. After the approval they sent
back to the HR department. HR department sent all information of vacancy to the
marketing department for the advertisement in news paper .
Quota
Before the marketing department advertising the vacancy they set the quota system for
the recruitment and selection mostly 50% is recruited internally and for other 50 % they
give advertisement for the available post. There are 5% quote for minorities are also
available.
Advertisement
The marketing department give add in news paper in this add all the information about
job is given for
example
skills
qualification
experience
age
limit etc are given and all the other terms and conditions are also given for example for
how many days this add is valid what is the last date to apply and other criteria which
must be met
Short listing
The HR department received all the application which is applied the potential applicant.
HR people check the document and other necessary information about the job
requirement e.g they check the applicant meet the necessary skill, qualification and
experiences. If they or not meet the criteria they turn down there cvs.
Test
After compiling the file of applicants HR department call for test. Written test are
conducted like (GAT ,NAT) as per there requirement for the job. The passing criteria is
50% . the passing applicants moving for the next phase
Interview
The applicants who clear the test called for the interview
The interview is conducted by a three member committee
The committee members are chairman and two other members. After taking the
interview the final applicants are get selected. The committee member gives the
recommendation about the suitable applicant to the approval for the administration.
Appointment
The appointing authority first takes a look for the recommendations by the interview
committee and then gives final appointment. The appointing authority sent a
appointment later to the HR department and they sent to the appointment later to the
applicants with their job description and job specification and job location .
Medical test
The medical test is conducted of the applicants who got appointed. All test are been
conducted with some special medical center. After the examination of medical test they
are final appointed for the job.
Job letter
After the applicant clear the medical test they got the job letter .the job letter will be
consist of date of joining with job design and term and condition about their working
environment and termination about the job
