    Called the meeting to order at 8:45 A.M.
    Informed the body that the agenda for the meeting shall be the presentation of the final report of
    the Technical Working Group on the evaluation of the pre-qualification documents of the four (4)
    complying bidders for the LRT Line 2 O&M Project and asked who from the TWG will present.

    Volunteered and manifested that the TWG report has been duly signed and that the signed copy has
    been submitted to the PBAC.

    Usec. Lopez

    Asked the TWG to brief the BAC on the salient issues of the report.
