Replace thermocouple sensor.
Reconnect thermocouple sensor if no spare thermocouple sensors.
Remove and properly connect the thermocouple sensor.
Properly connect heater filament wire.
Replace heater filament.
Replace tool.
Adjust force adjuster inside the bonding machine.
Replace capillary
Rotate the capillary and adjust the best crimping quality.
Train/refresh operator in proper wire bond handling.
Replace capillary
Adjust the the capillary height. Use the capillary height adjuster jig.
Polish the torch electrode surface then wipe with cotton buds. Polish the surface just enough to eliminate the dirt.
Rotate the capillary to adjust to the position where 2nd bonding is good. (Trial and Error)
Slowly unclog the capillary using the unplugging probes.
