    Put it in a SHORT PINK MORROCO FOLDER;

    Character Reference

    This refers to the people who knows your ability best,


    preferable your previous employer, subject teacher,
    college adviser or department dean. Avoid including
    any family member on the list.
    On the bottom part of your last page, write the ff.:
    I hereby certify that the information contained in this
    application is true and correct to the best of my
    knowledge. Attached herewith are my supporting files
    to prove the validity of details that I have written here.

    These are the certificates you got from attending


    seminars and certificates obtained from short-courses
    (e.g. National Certificates [NCII, NCIII], certificates of
    employment/OJT, and other proof of validity of
