    OUR OFFERING BAG IS LOCATED ON THE SHELF BY THE DOUBLE


    DOORS IN THE FOYER AREA IF YOU WISH TO SUPPORT OUR
    MINISTRY FINANCIALLY.

    There is a basket located on the shelf by the double doors in the foyer area if you wish to
    support our Benevolent Fund.
    THIS WEEK’S EVENTS
    If you have filled out your prayer request cards, there is a Prayer Box in the foyer area on
    the shelf to place them in.
    CHILDREN’S CHURCH / Takes place during our 1st Worship Service. Children’s Church is for 4 year olds
    through 2nd grade.
    SUNDAY SCHOOL / Takes place during our 2nd service. Sunday school is for ages 3-18, and we also offer an
    adult forum class. Please arrive in your classroom by 10:40 AM.

    MONDAY
    LADIES EVENING BIBLE STUDY / Takes place at the Church at 6:30 PM. The topic of the study is “The
    Patriarchs” by Beth Moore. Everyone is welcome.
    YOUNG ADULTS SMALL GROUP BIBLE STUDY / Meets from 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM at the home of Larry
    and Carrie Hopkins. They are studying “The Five Love Languages”. If you are interested in attending this
    study, please contact Larry & Carrie Hopkins. Child care is provided.
    CROSSFIRE JR. & SR. HIGH GUYS OUTREACH / Takes place at the Church at 7:00 PM. All Jr. & Sr.
    High guys are welcome.
    CROSSFIRE SR. HIGH GALS BIBLE STUDY / Takes place at Sarah Yankowiak’s home (715 NW 6th Ave)
    at 7:00 PM. For details, call Sarah at 326-2822.

    TUESDAY
    ANNUAL CONGREGATIONAL BUSINESS MEETING / Will be at 7:00 PM at the Church. All members
    are encouraged to come. Non-members are welcome to come.
    PRAYER GATHERING / Takes place at the Church at 7:00 PM. This prayer gathering is for anyone who
    wishes to come and pray.

    WEDNESDAY
    AWANA / Takes place at the Church at 6:00 PM. Invite your friends.
    CROSSFIRE / Jr. High meet at 6:00 PM and Sr. High meets at 7:45 PM at the Church. Invite your friends.

    SATURDAY
    MEN’S GROUP / Meets at Bixby’s at 7:00 AM. All men are invited to come and fellowship and get to know
    one another better.
    UPCOMING EVENTS
    Sunday Evening Service / The GREFC Worship Planning Team is hosting a 7:00 PM Sunday Evening Service
    for January 31, 2010 at the Church. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend if possible. Their goal for
    the evening is to have a very informal format that includes worshipping together in song with time set aside for
    sharing prayer requests, personal accounts of how God is working in people’s lives and to pray together. The
    service will last about an hour and there will be nursery staff available as needed. Please plan to join them!
    ANNOUNCEMENTS
    Service Opportunity /We are need of volunteers (one adult and one young person) to provide nursery service
    during the annual meeting (January 19th from 7:00 PM until about 8:30 PM) and the evening Praise and
    Worship Service on January 31st at 7:00 PM. If you can help us out for either of these times, please see Barb
    Kellen or Doug Hanson.
    Parents of Infants and Toddlers: Our Children’s Ministry provides a warm, nurturing, and well-supervised
    program for your child. Our NURSERY is for birth through 4 year olds and CHILDREN’S CHURCH is for
    4 year olds through 2nd grade.
