Introduction
It is very important, for safety reasons, to ensure that for the duration of all maintenance and repair work
the plug is withdrawn from the power socket.
The disassembly and re-assembly of the power tool are described in the repair instructions, section 5.

2. Undo the screws (7x) and remove the first half of the grip.

3. Undo the screw and remove the cable clip, the cable sleeve, and the cable.

6. Remove the second half of the grip and the felt rings.

7. Remove the brush holder module, the carbon brushes, and the lead.

9. Undo the screws (2x) and remove the field package and the O-ring.
10. Remove the speed control unit, the armature, the O-ring, and the washers (2x).

2. Refit the field package with screws; refit the O-ring in the motor housing.

5. Refit the brush holder module, the carbon brushes, and the lead
(ensuring that the brown leads from the brush holder module and the carbon brushes
are kept on the spindle side).

9. Reconnect the cable and cable sleeve, refit the cable clip, and tighten the screw.
10. Refit the other half of the grip and tighten the screws (7x)
(ensuring that the leads are laid cleanly
so as to avoid damaging them during re-assembly).

11. Refit the motor cover and tighten the screws (2x)
(ensuring that the leads are laid cleanly
so as to avoid damaging them during re-assembly).

2. Undo the screw and remove the wing-knob and the switch cover.

6. Remove the washers (2x), the needle bearing, and the cup springs (3x)
from the intermediate shaft.

10. Remove the shaped gasket, the chuck sleeve, and the washer.

11. Remove the snap ring, the catching sleeve, the O-rings,
the support ring, and the head piece from the chuck sleeve;
(the snap ring must be levered over the hole in the chuck sleeve).

2. Refit the pressure spring, the retention pin, and the bearing ring,
and tighten the screws (2x).

3. Refit the head piece, the support ring, the O-rings, and the catching sleeve
in the chuck sleeve.

5. Refit the shaped gasket, the washer, and the chuck sleeve.

9. Refit the cup springs (3x), the washers (2x), and the needle bearing
over the intermediate shaft.
10. Refit the excenter, the O-ring, and the wing-knob in the housing
(ensuring that the pin on the excenter is located on the left-hand side).

14. Refit the switch cover and the wing-knob and tighten the screws.
(return to Hammer drilling mode).
