SHIPPING CONTRACT

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


I. GENERAL
In order PT. Sapta Prima Cargo can schedule your shipment, you must read and agree to the following terms and
conditions. Please sign this contract to indicate your understanding and approval. Once we receive this contract and full
payment, we will immediately schedule delivery as close as possible to the desired time.
II. PAYMENT
Full payment is required prior to shipping. Payment can be done in the following manner:
1. Cash
2. Bank Transfer (* for transfer, payment is subject to bank fee USD 25 / transfer. This fee will be added to the bill)
3. Credit Card (* Payment is subject to bank fee 3% of total transactions. This fee will be added to the bill). There will be no
refund after payment is made.
III. SERVICE AND SHIPPERS LIABILITY
Service used in this shipment is Door to Port. Means, Sapta Prima Cargo will transport the goods only to the specified
destination, not up to the buyer's address.
The rate covers the following costs:
1. Ocean freight - the cost of transportation from origin port of loading Surabaya to port of destination.
2. Pick up goods from suppliers to warehouse of Sapta Prima Cargo
3. Handling - including labor, loading of goods.
4. Inland trucking - transporting the shipment from Bali to loading port Surabaya.
5. Packing - packing of goods properly using paper, plastic, wood that has been in accordance with the export standard.
6. Export document, including process of customs clearance at the origin port and provides all necessary documents for
customs clearance in destination country.
7. Courier document - sending the original documents that are needed for customs clearance through courier directly to
consignees address.
8. ISPM # 15 for the treatment of wood packing complete with certificate.
IV. CUSTOMERS LIABILITY
1. Pay all expenses incurred in destination country such as customs clearance, local handling cost, import duty and so on.
* If they refuse, the goods will be destroyed, and the cost will be fully under consignee responsibility. Shipper shall not be
liable, because the service is approved door to port.
2. Transport yourself from port to home.
V. OTHER
1. Cancellations can only be done prior to shipment departure. Shipment cannot be canceled after leaving or in transit.
2. We cannot absolutely guarantee or promise that the goods will arrive on schedule. Because it can sometimes be a delay due
to technical or non-technical factors.
BY SIGNING BELOW AND BY USING OUR SHIPPING SERVICES YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND
AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
