The Prepaid Internet is designed to enable Visafone Subscribers to browse the internet anytime anywhere within
the Visafone coverage area on pay as you browse basis. This package is based on the CDMA 1x technology. It is
charged on per minute basis.
Prepaid internet is specifically designed for use with any data enabled phone which will act as a modem eg. Haier
D200, Fixed Wireless Terminal phone, Delta CK Music, Huawei C2860, Motorola V9m etc. due to ease of checking
balance and recharging.

RULES:
· All plans except the daily bundle and multiple month plans have 30 days validity
· All plans are limited to allocated bundles (5GB, 3GB, 1GB etc.)
· All plans are automatically renewed when subscribers load required amount on modem with recharge
cards.
· You can switch from prepaid internet to any plan of your choice.
· You can renewal you current plan by simply topping up your modem with recharge cards or dialing the
codes above from any Visafone handset.
· You can change from your current plan to another plan only after your current plan EXPIRES. You
cannot change to another plan while your current plan is still active.
· If you intend changing to another plan when your current plan expire, you must have a little airtime on
your modem i.e. the change of plan will fail if the balance on your modem is zero.
· You cannot switch from any plan to Visa Mobile office; to get Visa Mobile Office you have to visit the
nearest Visafone outlet.
· Existing Visa Mobile Office users can update their subscription by simply loading the required airtime in
their phone; the airtime will be automatically deducted and their subscription will be renewed.

Q: How do I use the service?
Ans: To use RC data pay, load a Visafone handset with sufficient airtime for the required data service plan and dial
the short code for the desired plan to update your subscription.
Q: Do I need to be on a special tariff plan to use the service?
Ans: No you do not need to be on a special plan, RC data pay can be done from any Visafone phone handset on
any tariff plan
Q: What if I do not have a Visafone line?
Ans: If you do not have a Visafone line and want to use airtime to update your subscription, simply go to the
nearest Visafone shop and ask one of the consultants to assist you or load recharge card directly on your modem.
Q: How soon is my account updated when I use RC Data Pay?
Ans: Your data account is automatically updated immediately.
Q: Can I check the status of my data account to know when it will expire or how much volume I have consumed?
