Insanity (T25) S5 & S6 ONLY Get an hour's results in just 25 minutes! A nonstop 25-minute intense workout- water bottle and towel essential.
Rugby GUMSHIELDS are essential. You will be split up to train in age group teams. There are regular fixtures and competitions against other schools.
Hockey GUMSHIELDS are essential. Change down at Pinkie. You will be split up to train in age group teams. There are regular fixtures and competitions against other schools.
Basketball If playing at sports centre, get changed at sports centre. If playing in the gyms, change in PE Dept. There are regular fixtures and competitions against other schools.
Gymnastics Please note you will not be allowed to participate in socks indoor shoes or bare feet.
Cycling Bikes and helmets provided. Meet staff in transit area before changing. See Ms Bonnar if interested.
Football There will be regular fixtures in the Edinburgh and Lothian League and Scottish Cup. See relevant member of staff for further details.
Golf If you are interested in golf or already play please see Mr MacDonald. Any players with a handicap will have the opportunity to play in the East Lothian Schools order of merit which takes place on Friday afternoons.
