This document discusses the conformal invariance of massless Dirac-like wave equations. It is shown that all such wave equations with positive integral or half-integral spin and zero rest mass are conformally invariant. The transformation of the wavefunction under the conformal group is given in a simple form, along with the associated conservation laws. Previous work showing conformal invariance of more general massless wave equations is discussed. The conformal invariance of the Dirac-like equations considered here is derived relatively transparently.
