APPETIZERS/STARTERS

• Appetizers include mozzarella sticks, jalapeno


poppers, fried mushrooms, chicken wings, salad,
breadstix, or cheesebread. Any one of these may
be ordered as a meal. The price remains the
same. The only difference is the time the food
leaves the kitchen. If it is an appetizer it is noted
by circling the abbreviated form.
• Mozzarella sticks are served in an order of six
served with a side of marinara sauce. They are
fried, not baked. They are breaded. Mozzarella
sticks are $3.99 and are button number 9 on the
register.
• Jalapeno poppers are served in an order of six
with no side dressing unless otherwise noted.
They are fried, not baked. They are cheese-
stuffed jalapeno slices that have been breaded.
Jalapeno poppers are $3.99 and are button
number 9 on the register.
• Fried Mushrooms are served in an order of 8 ½
ounces and served with a spicy mustard-
mayonnaise combo. They are fried, not baked.
They are breaded. Fried Mushrooms are $4.99
and are button number 9 on the register.
• Chicken wings are served in an order of 6, 12, or
24 with a side dressing and celery. They are
baked. They are not breaded. There are eight
current flavors offered: Plain, Mild, Hot, Super
Hot, Barbeque, Teriyaki, Garlic Parmesan or
Honey Mustard. More than one flavor of wings can
be requested in an order. 6 Wings are $4.29. 12
wings are $7.49. 24 wings are $13.79. Wings are
button number 8 on the register.
• Salad is served in a large order or a small order
with a side of dressing. If dining in, a customer
may help themselves to the salad bar for the
same price as a small tossed salad ($2.75). There
are three types of salad all offered in two sizes (small or large): Tossed, Chef, or Chicken
(Grilled or Crispy). The grilled chicken is baked and the crispy chicken is fried. Any vegetable
topping may be added to the salad at no extra cost. Salads are button number 10 on the
register.

• Breadstix are served in a small or large order. A small order is half the size of a large and is
approximately 8 small sticks. They are made from pizza dough and lightly toasted served with
a side of marinara sauce. Breadstix are $3.79 for a large order or $2.89 for a small order. They
are button number 9 on the register.
• Cheesebread is served in a small or large order. A small order is half the size of a large and is
approximately 8 smalls sticks. They are made from pizza dough, covered in cheese, and
baked served with a side of marinara sauce. Toppings may be added for the additional
topping price. Cheesebread is $4.69 for a large order or $3.59 for a small order. They are
button number 9 on the register.

TICKET NOTATION
• Be sure to put your table number, number of guests, and first initial at the top. Skip the first
three lines on the ticket so you can hang up the ticket in the kitchen. 1st section: Sizes of the
order go here, either large (Lg) or small (Sm). 2nd Section: Type of Starter. Additions to the
starter are listed with a comma, notes about the starter are hyphened below it. 3rd Section:
Type of side dressing and the price. Drinks are listed at the bottom of the order. Current beer
prices are listed at the waitress station and on the beer cooler. You must ID a customer if they
don't look as though they could have a child your age. It's always safest to check, because
you lose your job if they're not legally able to drink. List the years of birth below the beer.
Also, when serving beer you should always ask if they'd like a frosty mug in addition to the
bottle. Mugs are located in the freezer. The total of the ticket is the sum of all the purchases
(excluding beer) multiplied by 1.07 for GA sales tax. If beer was purchased it is added onto
the total after tax has been added. Drinks are button number 12 on the register. Beer is
button number 18 on the register.

PIZZA, STROMBOLIS, PASTA


• Pizza comes in various sizes and the price is
dependent on the number of topics as well as the
size. Pizza is served hand-tossed unless otherwise
specified, like when a thin crust is requested. We
have what we call the “Gourmet Pizzas” which are
our pizzas with pre-grouped together toppings.
These are pizzas that have been named. We have
five types of gourmet pizza. Pizzas can be divided
into sections to contain different toppings, when
calculating the price of a half and half for example
you would take the average of the two prices. (Add
both whole pizza prices together and divide by
two) Regular pizzas are button number 1 on the
register. Gourmet Pizzas are button number 4 on
the register. Double Deals are button number 2 on
the register. Extra toppings are button number 3
on the register.

• Strombolis are most similar to the pizza. It is pizza
dough that's been folded over itself and stuffed
with toppings, described regularly as a calzone or
hot pocket. They are always thin and crispy. They
are served with a side of marinara and come in
three sizes: small, medium, or large. The same gourmet pricing applies to strombolis.
Strombolis are button number 7 on the register.

• Pasta is served in whole orders or half orders. It comes as a whole order unless otherwise
specified. It is served with a piece of garlic bread. Baked Spaghetti is just noodles and sauce
but may have toppings added free of charge. There are three types of pasta: Baked Spaghetti,
Chicken Alfredo, and Lasagna. The lasagna is not prepared in house and is already pre-
packaged in a meat sauce. Whole orders of pasta are $6.49, half orders are $3.99. Pasta is
button number 16 on the register.

sandwiches, gyros, and burgers and dogs.

come on a whole hoagie (13”) or half hoagie (6
1/2”). Hoagie orders include a side of chips and a
pickle. Chips (Sun Cheddar, Plain, Barbeque) can
be substituted for regular or seasoned fries, or
regular or seasoned tots for an additional $0.50.
There are seven varieties of hoagies currently at
Fox's. They are the Club, Jana & Krystal's
Awesome, Steak and Cheese, Grilled Fajita
Chicken, Meatball, Pizzaroni, and Italian Baked.
The half hoagie is $4.99 and the whole is $8.49.

• Deli Sandwiches can be made on a white Kaiser roll or on Honey Wheat bread. They are also
toasted unless otherwise noted. Deli Sandwiches are built to order and aren't specified on the
menu. We offer Ham, Turkey, Salami, Chicken Salad, or Tuna Salad with their choice of
Cheddar, Pepperjack, American, Swiss, or the Mozzarella/Provolone Blend, all are topped with
lettuce and tomato and served with a side of chips and a pickle. Chips (Sun Cheddar, Plain,
Barbeque) can be substituted for regular or seasoned fries, or regular or seasoned tots for an
additional $0.50. Deli Sandwiches are $4.99. They are button number 5 on the register.
• Gyros are served on toasted pita bread. They are served with a side of chips and a pickle.
Chips (Sun Cheddar, Plain, Barbeque) can be substituted for regular or seasoned fries, or
regular or seasoned tots for an additional $0.50. There are four varieties: Lamb, Chicken,
Steak, or the Phat Rabbit. Gyros are $4.99. They are button number 14 on the register.

• Burgers and Dogs are served on a toasted bun. They are plain unless otherwise noted. They
come with the choice of regular or seasoned fries or tots. Burgers are $5.99, cheese is $0.35.
A single dog is $1.00 and two dogs are $1.50. They are button number 17 on the register.

DESSERT
• We have cheesecake for $1.99 a slice. Ice cream prices as listed above the ice cream freezer.
We also have cinnastix in a large or small order. They are written the same way as
cheesebread or breadstix. A small order is $2.99 and a large order is $3.99.

PICK-UP/DELIVERY ORDERS
• When answering the phone you want to be as
jovial and amicable as possible either by
answering: “Fox's Pizza” or “Thank you for calling
Fox's.” After notating the order be sure you get a
name and phone number on both pickup and
delivery orders and also an address on delivery
orders. We only deliver Friday and Saturday after
five or for special occasions. For walk-in orders,
it's not necessary to get a name, but it's not
harmful either, especially if they're placing an
order, leaving, then coming back to pick it up. The
only noticeable difference on a to-go order is that
there is no table or guest numbers and you circle
the letters “p/u' on the bottom of the ticket for a
pickup order or write the address for the delivery
order.
