PICK-UP/DELIVERY ORDERS
• When answering the phone you want to be as
jovial and amicable as possible either by
answering: “Fox's Pizza” or “Thank you for calling
Fox's.” After notating the order be sure you get a
name and phone number on both pickup and
delivery orders and also an address on delivery
orders. We only deliver Friday and Saturday after
five or for special occasions. For walk-in orders,
it's not necessary to get a name, but it's not
harmful either, especially if they're placing an
order, leaving, then coming back to pick it up. The
only noticeable difference on a to-go order is that
there is no table or guest numbers and you circle
the letters “p/u' on the bottom of the ticket for a
pickup order or write the address for the delivery
order.
