DESCRIPTION This course will discuss the basic human rights principles of Agrarian Reform,the economic basis, the Constitutional basis, the major jurisprudence and theimplementing laws and administrative issuances. There will be a discussionon the procedures and rules of agrarian and tenancy cases, drafting of contracts that are compliant to agrarian laws and participating in the currentpolicy discussions. A survey of the different social legislations affecting thebasic sectors will also be discussed. The method of learning is a combinationof lecture, group work, research, film viewing and field exposure.
