    Responsibilities

    DEMAT
    • Handling entire share accounting i.e. Pay-in and Pay-out of Securities for NSE
    and BSE
    • Updating Speed-e files with back office software.
    • Demat accounting using back office software i.e. Comtek and Class (formally
    known as Pradnya-Exchange Next .com)
    • Issuing Security/Funds/Margin Ledger to clients
    • Checking Securities transactions of Members POOL and Beneficiary accounts.
    CDSL DP Operations
    • Opening / Closing Beneficiary's accounts
     Checking and punching of BO's delivery instructions
    • Interacting with clients for shares specifications and query analysis.
    • Downloading of reports and files from CDAS like DPC9, DPC7, DPD4, DP75,
    etc.
    • Interacting with TM to ensure smooth progress of day-to-day operations.
    COMPLIANCE AND INSPECTIONS
    • Reading of circulars and notices issued by Exchange on a daily basis.
    • Checking all points of SEBI compliance for share brokers
    CLIENT REGISTRATION
    • Doing all type of equity and commodity trading Clients registration i.e.
    Individual, Corporate, Firms and NRI clients.
    OTHER BROKING ACTIVITIES-
    • BSE Trade file (BRK) download and upload to back office software
    • Download the Money Statement file from the Exchange and update it in back
    office software
    • Tally our Data file of Rolling & Weekly Settlement with the Stock Exchange
    Money Statement as and when received from the Stock Exchange.
    • Reporting to senior person for Pay-in/Pay-out that will be occurred after
    updating of bills.
    • Download Balance sheet from BSE and make special JVs relating to the
    settlement. Tally the Balance Sheet amount with the vallan statement.
    • Contact clients for funds who have debit in bill & handling issuance of
    Contract Notes to clients
    • Supervise smooth download of positions/ other details to clients thru Modem.
    • Resolve client queries on files downloaded
    • Reconciliation of all Accounts which related to Stock Exchange
    • Downloading exchange files from D-LOAD & FTP and update same with Back
    office software
    • Uploading of UCC details of clients to BSE
    • Applications of new User Id for trading terminal
    ● Issue of dividend received on client shares & shares held as margin
