LOGICS, INC.
Q U A L I T Y M A C H I N E RY AND CONTROL SOLUTIONS
The CRG Logics, Inc. line of Weigh Hoppers provide a reliable highly
precise measure of throughput. The hoppers come standard with
cast acrylic sidewalls for material viewing and simple clean-out.
Optional proximity sensors can be included to provide a manual fill
back-up. CRG Logics, Inc. line of weigh hoppers can come with optional
knife gates to control the filling of the weigh hopper. Communication
and I/O options can be included for integrating into a control system.

* Control Voltage column for knifegate option only.
STYLE
WH – Weigh hopper. The CRG Logics, Inc. line of weigh hoppers are used for monitoring rate
of flow of material. This feedback can be used by a control system to adjust the speed of
the take-away device to maintain a constant flow.
WHP – This Style includes proximity switches that can be used for filling the weigh hopper
in the event of a loadcell failure.
SIZE
This describes the amount of material the weigh hopper will hold by volume.
OPTION
The weigh hopper can come with a orifice knife gates to control when material is allowed
to refill the weigh hopper.
CONTROL VOLTAGE
This describes the control voltage for the knife gate option of the Weigh Hopper.
COMMUNICATION OPTION
When the weigh hoppers are used on a multilayer system it is often advantages to pick-up
the I/O via a distributed I/O network. This option describes what communication will be
used for communicating to a central control system.
If a communication of None is selected all the I/O will be terminated to a junction box
mounted to the weigh hopper frame.
