Explorers Chart
The following chart lists numerous explorers. Please review the options
and choose one you are interested in. You will need to bring in 2
books on your explorer (go to the children’s section of your library). If
you cannot find any books specifically on your person look for general
books on the “AGE OF DISCOVERY” of the “AGE OF EXPLORATION” or
“EXPLORERS”. You may also bring in printed notes from the internet
about your explorer. You need at least 2 sources of information.
You will also need a book on the specific region that your explorer
“discovered” that includes information on the geography, peoples,
traditions, history.
