TASK A: INDIVIDUAL PRESENTATION 2 minutes prepare 2 minutes present One situation given. All 4 candidates receive the same situation One suggestion/opinion/view/solution to the situation is given. All 4 candidates receive a different suggestion/opinion/view/solution.

TASK B: GROUP DISCUSSION 2 minutes prepare 10 minutes present Situation = Task A All candidates are given all 4 suggestion/opinion/view/solution to the situation given All candidates discuss and come to a group decision on the single best suggestion/opinion/view/solution to the situation.
