    INSTRUCTIONS
    1. The candidate who desires to apply for Revaluation / Personal identification and Retotalling /
    Retotalling should send their applications with prescribed fee to The Controller of examinations,
    S.V.University, Tirupati 517 501, A.P. to reach on or before the date with fines, and 5 days with
    fines from the date of publications of results at the University office only. with fine, at Rs 230/each paper.
    Note:- The Date of receipt of marks memorandum by the candidate will not be taken into
    consideration.

    i). Fee for revaluation per Paper

    Rs.535/-

    ii). Fee for Personal Identification and Retotalling per Paper*


    Rs.695/iii). Fee for Retotalling per paper
    Rs.305/iv). 5 days with fines from the date of publications of results at the University ..Rs.230/-

    Revaluation means the University takes care to get the answer script revalued and inform the
    candidate whether there is effect or not, as per University rules.
    *Personal Identification and Retotalling means the Candidate will be asked to identify whether
    the script belongs to him/her and the total of the marks posted by the Examiner on the first page is
    correct or not. Marks will not be shown on the first page or anywhere on the Answer paper script
    for UG / P.G. Courses. Scripts will not be sent for revaluation, Only Identification.
    Retotalling means the University takes care whether the total of the marks awarded is correct or
    not and informs the candidate.
    3. Separate application along with DD and self addressed Stamped envelope (Rs.10/-) for each
    paper should be made.
    4. Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
    5. Applications received with insufficient particulars and fee will be summarily rejected.
    6. There is no provision for revaluation of the Practical examinations except personal identification
    and retotalling / retotalling.
    7. The result of the revaluation can be expected before the commencement of the next examination
    or later. Hence, the failed candidates who apply for revaluation are advised to pay the
    examination fee and appear for the examinations without waiting for revaluation results.
    8. Applications along with the fee DDs received after the date prescribed in the results copy are
    liable to be rejected. Hence, candidates who are desirous to apply, should take care in this regard
    and see that the application along with DDs are reached to the address given above well in
    advance.
