Emma Kelly
Hi! Im Emma Kelly. Im from Plymouth, in the South
of England, but I live in Portugal, in Oporto, with my
family. Oporto is a nice town. It is situated on the north-
west coast of Portugal and I like it very much.
Im twelve years old and I was born on 3rd March. I
have got a sister, Caroline and two brothers, David and
Jason. Caroline is ten and David and Jason are eight.
We live in a very fine house in Foz, right in front of the
beach. I love my house. Its a big house with two floors. It
has got four bedrooms, a study and a beautiful garden
around it. My bedroom is upstairs and from my window I
can see the sea.
Ive got two pets: a cat and a dog. They are good

Jos Mourinho
Jos Mourinho is a famous Portuguese football trainer.
In fact, people say he is the best football trainer in the
world. He is a very handsome man. Hes tall and slim and
hes got brown eyes and hair.
He is from Setbal, but now he lives in London,
because of his successful career. Now he is the trainer of
the Chelsea Football Club.
He was born on 26th January 1963. He is married and he
has got two children: Tita (Matilde) and Zuca (Jos Mrio).
He likes wearing classical and sports clothes and he

Dear Melanie,
Im writing to tell you about my last Carnival holidays. I usu-
ally stay at home at Carnival, because this time of the year holi-
days are very short, but this year my holidays were really different

Last Summer Sarah, fourteen years old, and Bill,
fifteen, had very nice holidays. They are cousins and
their parents let them go to a summer camp. They
went in August and they stayed there for two weeks.
The camp was near the seaside, in the middle of a

Davids school report
Yesterday our class visited some famous mines near
Aberdeen, in Scotland. It was really fun. We went there
by train and I was sitting next to the window, so I
