A Life Remembered
Pastor Teddy Parker, Jr., was born June 10, 1971, in Macon, Georgia, to the late Reverend and Mrs. Teddy Parker, Sr., of Warner Robins, Georgia. On July 23, 1994, he married Larrinecia Sims. They were blessed with two beautiful daughters, Kamry Tednae and Kerrington Tyler. He transitioned on November 10, 2013. He was a graduate of Ben Eielson High School in Fairbanks, Alaska, where he was an outstanding football and track and field athlete. He was also a distinguished scholar of Theology International Seminary in Plymouth, Florida. The Lord called Pastor Parker to preach at the age of 22. He was licensed and ordained at Fellowship Bible Baptist Church in Warner Robins, Georgia, under the leadership of the late Willie L. Reid, Sr. He was a faithful steward of Fellowship Bible Baptist Church prior to being called to shepherd the Bibb Mount Zion Baptist Church of Macon, Georgia in July 1997. Known as a man of profound spiritual vision and gifted with intellectual qualities, Pastor Parker was a faithful servant-leader of Bibb Mount Zion Baptist Church. Under his God-given leadership, numerous lives were saved, twenty new ministries were implemented, Camp Zion was created, a life center was erected, and construction began on a new sanctuary. In his continual efforts to win souls to Christ, Pastor Parker served as CEO of Next Level Community Development Center, Inc. This ministry offers a summer program for youth ages 5-18, a computer literacy class, and an after-school program. Pastor Parker was a devoted husband, father, son, brother, friend, and pastor. He leaves to cherish his memories: his loving wife, Mrs. Larrinecia Parker; two daughters: Kamry and Kerrington Parker; godson, Caleb Sims; one brother, Anthony (Carnette) Parker; two sisters, Tatia (Coleman) Tennyson and Aimee (Marcus) Ritchwood; grandmother, Mrs. Mary T. Parker; father and mother-in-law, Pastor Larry and Virginia Sims; brother-inlaw, Larry (Felicia) Sims; sister-in-law, Kameyan Sims; eight nieces, Shakeda Leary, Paris Bell, Torrica Bell, LaTyra Arnold, Alexus Parker, Antoinette Parker, Crystal Sims, and LaJoi Sims; five nephews: Darius Lowe, Larry Trey Sims III, Coleman Tennyson, Jr., Anthony Parker II, and Alexander Parker; godbrother, Willie Raines; godsister, Rhonda Raines; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, the Bibb Mount Zion Church family, and numerous other loved ones.

Your Lifes Legacy

Gold is what best describes your heart not many in this world like you; unselfishly you ALWAYS gave to those that needed you. You had faith that was through the roof and believed God for more than your natural eyes could see, "no" wasn't an option for you because you trusted Him enough to know that it would be. Your vision impacted thousands of lives, so many are better off than before; your life was one of great purpose that NO ONE can ever ignore. Your goal was to help everyone you met that had a need, and that's exactly what you did, a true servant you were indeed. So although we miss you dearly and wish that you were here, there's a great lesson you taught all of us and now we see it clear. So we'll remember those principles and won't forget even one, as we follow the example of servanthood you set, so we can hear well done. Written by, Montel Powers
