7.0 IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGY Quarter wise implementation roadmap for 2 years alongall dimensions of the business plan. For e.g., the focus in Q1 may be product development and set up of organization, in Q2 on promotions and distribution set up and so on, depending upon plan (use of gantt charts suggested) 8.0 IMPACT SUMMARY Impact tells us whether or not what you did made a difference to the problem situation you were trying to address. In other words, think about your stakeholders and what differences will your intervention bring to them in the long run. 8.1 How will the target customer benefit from your solution? 8.2 What are the top three measurable benefits? (e.g. whether the plan identifies and targets the most important gap in skill development in a sector/ region, covers a significant portion of the priority target segment (unorganized sector, trainers), focuses on sustainability of the project or focuses on scalability in terms of scope, reach and scale of operations, etc.) Quantitative and Monetary translations of these benefits may be exhibited.

9.0 REVENUE MODEL AND FINANCIAL SUSTAINABILITY 9.1 Describe your revenue model/key sources of earning or income - How do you plan to generate revenues from your customers? 9.2 Do you require external funding? If yes, what kind? (Equity investment, soft loan, etc) and from where? (Banks/ financial institutions, State govt., donor agencies, others) 9.3 Do you see any potential risks to your revenue stream and the financial health of your venture? 9.4 Do you see profits sustaining the business in the future?
