What’s Going On?

A venue for the funky, crafty, non-traditional art sorts of things


we all create:

Saturday, December 5, 2009 from 10 AM to 4 PM at


Fiberologie, 411 15 Ave N, St. Petersburg, FL, 33704. (Just off

of 4 St. N in a 1920s house next to Limeys)

What You Get:


1. 10’ x10’ booth space: $60 or 8’ x 5’ table space: $40 (all spaces
are outside, in the mostly shaded parking lot & court yard)
2. Benefits of advertising campaign and local promotions prior to
the show. An ad for the event will run in a large local monthly
publication. Press releases will be submitted to lots of local
publications. The event will be added to several community
calendars. LARGE road side signs will be posted the day of the
show.
3. Full color glossy flyers to use to advertise the event to your
friends, relatives, customers, and distribute throughout the
community. We will also provide a PDF of the flyer so you can
print additional copies. Several local businesses will assist in
distributing the flyers to their customers as well.
4. Your name, website, and image of your work featured on the
Handmade Holiday Bazaar blog (the blog url is incorporated into
all show marketing and advertising). Please promote on your
blogs and to your email lists as well!
5. A light breakfast the morning of the show.
6. A discounted lunch from Limey’s (more details will be in your
vendor packet).
7. Opportunity to promote your shop in the goodie bags to be
given free to the first 25 attendees (ex: punk pins, magnets,
bookmarks, business cards etc.)
What are the rules?
1. You have to supply your own tent, table, chairs, display etc.
There’s no electricity available.
2. You can start setting up at 8:30 AM. If you need to bring a
vehicle into the vendor area, please just unload it and move it to
an available spot around Crescent Lake park just down the street
before you start setting up your tent/table/display. Everyone
should be ready to sell by 10 AM, and not break down prior to
4PM.
3. No food items will be accepted.
4. Vendors are responsible for collection of any and all applicable
sales taxes.
5. The event will be held rain or shine, there will be no refunds.

Release and Hold Harmless Agreement

The undersigned, being over the age of eighteen (18) years, does
hereby request Fiberologie, for permission to participate in
theHandmade Holiday Bazaar 2009. I understand the benefit of this
program/event and I agree to obey all instructions, orders, and
commands given me by the officials in charge of the program/event. I
acknowledge the risks of participation in this program/event and I may
be subject to physical injury or property damage, whether caused by
an intentional or unintentional act or omission. In full consideration and
acknowledgement of the risks of participation in this program/event, I
freely and voluntarily agree to participate in this program/event and
accept the risks of so doing.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in this voluntary


program/event and receiving the benefit thereof, I, myself, my heirs,
personal representative, next of kin or assigns, do hereby forever
release, waive, discharge, hold harmless and covenant not to sue
Fiberologie, Elle Belle, Red Marionette, its officials, officers, agents,
employees, representative, assigns, and insurers, individually and
collectively, hereinafter referred to as "releasees", of and from all
liability for any and all loss or damage, including personal injury,
property damage or death, whether caused by the negligence of the
releasees or otherwise, while I am in any way participating in the
above described program/event.

I further acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this


Release and Hold Harmless Agreement, and that I have voluntarily
executed the same without any further inducement or promise not
contained herein. I expressly agree that this agreement shall be
construed as broadly as permitted by the law of the State of Florida,
and that if any part hereof is declared invalid, the remainder shall
remain in full force and effect.
