The Goal of MSC School of Allied Medicine MSC - School of Allied Medicine geared towards developing independent, highly competent, service oriented, compassionate and committed health care professionals filled with sound moral values, love of God, country and people, wholesome attitude, equipped with evidence-based knowledge and skills based on national and international competency standards to help promote and maintain health, prevent diseases, preserve quality and dignity of life, ensure safety and alleviate suffering of all its clienteles around the world as health caregivers and educators.

In the exigency of service and in line with the College plan for Universityhood and in as part of your functions stipulated in your contract of services Make research and study for the improvement of the projects;

Participate in a variety of community and school activities; and perform other tasks and functions that may be assigned by the head of the agency. All Faculty Members under this Office are hereby required to

prepare research, extension and IGPs proposals. Topics in research that you may engage to are the following: a. Causes of Cesarean Section and Maternal Mortality in Marinduque b. Effects of Government Policy on No Delivery at Home in Private Practicing Midwives c. Experiences of Midwives assigned in Far-flung Areas in Marinduque d. Efficacy of Herbal Plants used in Pregnancy and Delivery e. Traditional Practices in Pregnancy and Childbirth. f. Other related topics. For Extension: a. Extension Program related to Pregnancy b. Health Education to Parents of Malnourished and with Disabilities Children. c. Others For IGPs a. Medical Supplies b. Books c. Etc. You may seek assistance from those who already finished doing such project. Submission of the said proposals will be on September 07, 2012, so that it would be presented in ADCO, ACO, and RECO Meetings for approval of the Board, For information and strict compliance.
