better delivery of self-service and better electronic commerce capabilities. -Adoption of Application Service Provider Companies are able to use ERP on transactional basis instead of purchasing ERP products on traditional licensing system. Users of the company are able to access to the ERP product that is hosted by the service provider under ASP. The benefit is able to focus on the core business and reduce internal IT establishment. However the liability is lack of customisation. -Cloud Computing it is becoming more popular due to low capital and running costs involved and lesser time to implement on the operations of the company.
