1. Joseph looks for his big brothers, all ten of them envy him for his coat and for his dreams, when they see Joseph coming his mantle is torn off. Joseph sits deep down in the pit. 2. With a slave caravan he must go to Egypt. All dreams are forgotten, he is blamed for a lot of evil. Joseph, who is innocent goes into prison. 3. Long years pass by but the Lord is with him. New dreams arise by the butler and the baker. But the butler forgets everything Joseph did for him. 4. Pharaoh, high on his throne, dreams a weird dream. Therefore he asks Joseph to come, and then all dreams about the cows and the corn, and the moon and stars come true. 5. God turns everything upside down, Joseph is honoured as a king, and all evil crumbles down, and the brothers have to bow. In this way God uses Josephs hand to sustain the people of Israel.
