    SOME IMPORTANT REASONS KUE KEN JAW CRUSHERS COST FAR LESS TO RUN, MAINTAIN, AND REPAIR THAN OVERHEAD ECCENTRIC STYLE OF JAW CRUSHERS. ENERGY EFFICIENT: Kue Ken jaws use 50-60% less power that an equal sized overhead eccentric jaw crusher. Example: Kue Ken 42X48 jaw crusher uses a 150 HP motor and a 42X48 overhead eccentric jaw crusher uses a 250 HP motor.

    LOWER WEAR PART COSTS: Kue Ken jaw dies last 2-3 times longer when crushing abrasive materials because of "straight line" crushing. LONGER LASTING AND LOWER COST BEARINGS: Kue Ken jaw bearings run in a totlly-enclosed oil bath with constant filtration. They also use 2 standard off-the-shelf nonproprietory bearings instead of the 4 used by overhead eccentric jaw crushers. EASY BEARING REPLACEMENT: Bearings can be changed without removing the swing jaw. LONGER TOGGLE SEAT LIFE: The toggles and seats are in an enclosed sealed oil bath environment.

    SIMPLE AND NON-DAMAGING TRAMP IRON RELIEF SYSTEM: A simple spring loaded relief system disconnects the flywheel from the drive motor when an uncrushable item falls into the crushing chamber.
