This is largely what makes it so much more comfortable than the other extenders.

Sizegenetics has a soft plastic strap that holds your penis in place without slippage or pinching. It keeps a consistent amount of tension on your penis and you do not have to adjust it until you take it off. The other extenders usually have cheap nooses that are either always- way too tight (pinching) or way too loose (slipping).

These nooses begin to dramatically stretch out. When they stretch- they dont hold your penis as well. This causes significantly less tension to be applied and ultimately your penis will always slip out. After the bands stretch out and cant secure your dick, the system is basically worthless.

There is extra padding for the area that holds your penis. The other extenders have a cheap plastic piece that holds your penis. UK board certified physicians and plastic surgeons tested the Sizegenetics extender and published the results in the March 2009 edition of the British Journal of Urology International.

The results indicated the following6 month average growth= 2.3cm (1 inch) 12 month average growth range= 2.55cm to 5.1cm (1 inch to 2 inches) All the men in the study had a starting penis size no bigger than <4cm (1.754) in the soft state and <7cm (2.759) in the erect state.

What Will I Gain and How Fast?
