Mociule 600.
When ue designcd, the }ICDULE 600, ue went back to fund, alnentals. And d,isctlr'd,ed, alt the oLd ideas as,saciated, uith outdoo| Lunxinaires. First, we set out to mohe out neta luminoire as efli, cient as tlLe state of the art wou,I<l permit. And second, 1ue styl,ed it for use in the most contempordrlJ sl|rroundings. Es<.' M0DULE 600. The new Holophane modular luminaire was designed to play many roles. A highly effective outdoor fixture. A basic lighting module with a *'ide range of application possibilities. Ald an attractive building block u'hich can be used to enhance the architectural theme. It employs a precision optical system to assure maximum uniformity of illumination. And physically, it presents a clean profile completely devoid of unsightly hardware. MODULE 600 can challenge the archilect's imaginalion. This attractive luminaire gives full scope to
architectural ingenuity because of its outstanding optical properties and unusual flexibility. Among its many uses are the follo*'ing three major
applications; For wall mounting: The luminaire can be used conventionally as a Wallpack. Or, because of its modular form, as an
spaced, grouped or
For slreel furniture: The luminaire is ideally suited for use as an element of street furniture, Its form and function combine with such utilitarian services as telephones, water fountains, and signage, to make any environment more pleasant and attraciive. For pole mounting:
It can be used individually or in multiples to provide illumination for parking lots, malls, streets, pathways and other areas.

capability - up to 400 watts high pressure sodium. A contorued reflector spreads the lamp image over the entire surface of the prismatic refractor. This. combined with the action of the prismatic refractor, virtually eliminates disturbing hot spots. Although the luminaire presents a clean, uniform appearance by day, its single-piece prismatic
refractor is actually designed vith three distinct areas. These optimize efficiency of illumination and maximize visual comfort: First, splitting prisms on the inside surface of the refractor plus fluting on the outside, combine to direct more light where it's needed. Second, a rectangular prismatic panel across the
face of the refractor obscures the lamp, splits the
