Projects + Fire Detection in Video Sequences using Statistical Colour Model, EE Summer Camp(4 weeks, May08) Developed a real-time fire-detector which combined foreground information with statistical colour information to detect colours Formulated a method to differentiate between Red coloured object and Fire in the video + Head Tracker System using an Infrared LED sensor array, Course Project(Jan-Apr08), Control System Analysis The system synchronized the direction of a camera with the subjects head in the horizontal direction Created a discrete control system, with step control feedback using a microcontroller and DC motor Created the step control feedback, by using an encoder, to check for errors in the system.
