The JLPT Level N4 Study Page


The new level, N4, is approximately the same as pre-2010 level 3. Most of the materials here have been copied from pre-2010 past exams. What have I done? Converted the pre-2010 lists ( Vocabulary List, Expression List and Kanji Lists) to online web pages Typed in sentences from the Grammar section of pre-2010 past exams and translated them to English In the Grammar section, linked to a lesson on the grammar used In the Kanji List, made my own list of sample Kanji compounds which only use Level N4 Kanji Transcribed Listening Comprehension conversations from pre-2010 past exam books Typed up Reading Comprehension scripts (Readings) from pre-2010 past exams Note that as an aid to students memorising Kanji, all the Level N4 pages on this site only use Kanji that are within the current JLPT Level N4 Kanji List. It is estimated that there are 300 kanji for Level N4 (based on pre-2010 exams) How did I do it? I type all the data in by hand from various sources (mostly past exam books). Who did it?
