There are different types of machinery are present in blending room . 1. Optagonal blend : it is used for lubrication purpose . 2. Mechanical shifter : it is used to proper sieving of raw material & remove foreign particle . 3. Multimill machine : it is used to reduced particle size
Introduction
This training report overview on our experiences in the max heal pharmaceutical ltd Nasik . During training period , i observed various working areas of company like quality control department ,quality assurance department ,production department packaging department etc ,and i get perfect knowledge about various processes such as compression coating, granulation, packaging, liquid manufacturing etc . Location of factory and plot area , plot 96 midc satpur, nasik. Objective of the company to carry on the business as manufacturing and sale of formulated pharmaceutical product for better health. Compression department are installed controlled temperature air handling unit . The factory is well equipped with the fighting equipment.

parameter of processed as well as unprocessed product are checked these parameters are generally related to the quality of product such as friability test hardness test , PH , flavour, color ,gravity etc . Following different types of equipment are used or present in Q.C department ,

This is a part of Q.C department where the humidity or moisture to check the stability of drug . Because when the transport to different country or different state . there is difference is temperature & humidity Recording to their environment condition. There for to known or to check the stability of drug at different temperature .

Raw material storage
In this department all received material which is unprocessed or which is used during manufacturing are stored . when the raw material is received the sample from every batch material is taken for analysis or sampling in quality control department . for check there identification ,adultration purity etc .
Mixing and granulation department

Mixing and granulation department contain following instrument : 1. Colloidal Mill 2. Mechanical shifter 3. Octagonal blender 4. Fluid bed dryer 5. Multiple milling machine .
Compression Department

In quality assurance department the documentation part is done . there are different work done by Q.A department that is to inspection & sampling , environment monitoring , purchase & receipt of assignment of material , calibration of equipment , separate storage facilities must be maintain for secure storage of sample , retain sample , reagent , reference material & substance etc .
