London Personal Trainer reveals The 10 Commandments of Female FatLoss.

Introduction: When women reflect and contemplate their bodies, either in their own hearts and minds in front of a mirror or when gathered in a small group enjoying tea and chocolates a main pillar of discussion, and emotionally intimate topic is fat loss. A woman cares deeply about the health and happiness of her family, children and friends, and often puts others totally before herself women are often the unsung heroes and receive very little genuine help and guidance concerning their own wellbeing; and sadly the magazines, adverts, supermarkets, the pharmaceutical and fashion industry and non-stop bombardment of products and contradictory advice from industry salesmen often sabotages their authentic long-term progress to their fat loss goals. The issue of lasting fat loss, radiant health and hormonal harmony is rarely addressed in a clear and simple way to todays woman, and this can lead to huge levels of frustration and the tragic yo-yo dieting to common today that leads to the following of fads, the purchasing of expensive products and the disempowerment of our women. The story of my search for the real truth of how to bring radiant health and natural fat loss to the women in my life and my clients past, present and future led me to many places and the quest for the universal principles of female health began. You may be wondering why I, a young man, would concern himself with such a topic; yes it is quite bizarre. So I will tell you something close to my heart that will put this whole female health quest into context. I truly believe that women are the literal future of humanity. It is their health that will determine the health of our future generations. It is their happiness and education that will determine the education and perceptions and ethics of both the children of today, and the future leaders of tomorrows world. Dominik Reza Zaerin I have searched the endless web of the internet, I have read many books, I have stooped my spine over medical reference books, and I have consulted many experts far and wide. I have deciphered ancient health scriptures and analyzed and squinted over the latest scientific journals. Looking for the underlying constants that permeated all of these texts, and extracted what I believe to be both valid and good advice. Now, after all the searching, I can proudly present to you, some of the precious laws I have mined from the mountain of information I have had to dig through in order to say with unwavering conviction that these are great solutions to this very urgent topic! Here you have the 10 Commandments for ye that beleiveth in the revelations of a London Personal Trainer.

1. Thou shalt eat a high-fat Palaeolithic diet and destroy your sugar addiction: When Humans where still roaming the pristine lands living in small nomadic tribal clusters; we survived on what is termed a Palaeolithic diet because we where hunter gatherers. We survived on what we could kill, catch, pick, forage or dig up. Lets keep things really simple and logical back in the day, yes, we used to eat starches and carbs and lots of juicy fruits and roots, but theres a catch! We only used to consume carbohydrates in the spring and summer, when these sources where available in the wild. This allowed us to store this sun energy in the form of fat for the autumn and the lean winter. This is the simple truth. Carbohydrates (Im not including Grains here) where a seasonal luxury essential for winter survival and procreation we where never designed to eat them every single day. 2. Thou shalt align to Natural Time, harmonising with Sun, Moon & Seasons: You are part of this rich tapestry of life living on the crust of this great living planet and ever since the earth cooled and life spawned out of its warm waters and the trees oxygenated the atmosphere life on this planet has obeyed the cycles of night and day, darkness and light. All of life is inextricably linked to these circadian rhythms and their own existence and health is dependant on adhering to them. Humans are absolutely no exception to this. But along came Lucifer, the great light-bearer and showed mankind how to build fires and eventually the light-bulb. Back to the real world, I strongly propose to you that this modern way of living, these artificial lights, computers and the almost complete alienation to the elements and the seasonal light changes is sabotaging your health on many levels. This is a fast topic but to keep it simple I would simply suggest sleeping more and earlier and spending far less time in bright artificially lit spaces. 3. Thou shalt self express the Warrior Princess Archetype everyday, forever: Im touching on some controversial ground here, but I must insist on including this fundamental law. I see so many of my sisters today, they spend so much of their energy and time dressing nice, pampering, perfuming and beautifying themselves. Theres nothing wrong with this and its great, yet a fundamental inner strength and health is lacking. Makeup will not strengthen bones or make skin glow. Separate from the Seductress or the Mother-Wife Archetypes is the Warrior Princess Archetype. This is the energy that gives a woman the awesome power to tolerate pain and strive in the face of adversity. Cultivate this deep inner energy as you sweat daily, as you lift weights or dance furiously or pump out a 5 minute interval circuit. It will empower you.

4. Thou shalt train thy strength in short intense bursts, utilizing weight training: Here is a massive issue that needs to be addressed once and for all. Women have been convinced that if they jog or cycle and work towards marathon races that they will achieve health and tone. For most modern women this is totally the wrong approach! Chronic cardio will only work to drain you in the long term, and your stress hormones will accumulate and your joints (that are perhaps out of alignment) will be put under tremendous strain. Functional and appropriate strength (weight) training has so many benefits to humans, especially women, that is would be an almost inexhaustible list that will be covered in a later article. But in a very nutty nutshell, it will create a lean, toned and strong frame, improve hormonal function and improve posture. The fact that an intense 15 minute strength workout raises basal metabolism for up to 4 hours after is just another one of the many perks of this training style.

5. Thou shalt empower your every morning with cold showers & self massage: The powers of a cold shower and a self massage using appropriate oil in the morning routine is so supreme and so potent that is has been the daily habit of many cultures all around the world for thousands of years. Perhaps the most notable are the Brahmins and Sikhs of Northern India. This oil massage cold shower combo is part of the daily routine called Dinacharya in Sanskrit, meaning daily routine. Oil massage is called Abyangha and cold showers are called Ishnaan. These methods are part of my personal arsenal of some of the best cultivations I am aware of. The effects are far too vast and profound to list here so I will simply tell you the method. Oil your body in the morning with an oil appropriate to your constitution until you are warm (almost sweating); really work the oil into the skin. Then go straight into the cold shower and starting with the hands and feet gradually immerse your whole body in the cold water. The benefits of these practices will be discussed in depth in another article. The fat loss effects of cold water are extraordinary.

6. Thou shalt burn all propaganda, abstain from media poison & go within: Low fat spreads, sweets and fast food, vitamin enforced cereals, skimmed milk, Soya, 6 small meals per day, GMOs, the food pyramid, supplements for this and that this list of atrocities and sins against humanity is so long and depressing that you will feel appalled by these state of affairs, advice and products sold to us heavily in order to make us think we need these new mutations and inventions. You will be made to believe that the new brand of skinny shakes and meal replacements, or that this expert told me to only eat cold raw salads all year round. There is so, so much conflicting advice and products out there in todays complex, capitalistic world that nobody knows what to spend their hard earned money on anymore. You will almost unconsciously believe that in order to be healthy you need to buy a new book on fat loss every week and that you need to supplement every day of your life with golden pills. This is all consumer propaganda, and it will keep you confused, distracted and disempowered. Things are simple and easy, go on your journey, begin it from within; do not look for magic elixirs or suited sages.

7. Thou shalt eat clean, wholesome food made at home with loving care: This is by far one of the most important pillars of long term health, fat loss and long life. If you control your food sources you will have won one of the toughest challenges facing modern women today. The idea of taking wholesome home-made lunches and dinner and essential food stuffs to work or out with you on a day out if becoming more and more popular as women are becoming far more aware of the lack of choice in the shops or of the dubious quality or additives unknown of the commercial foods. Not only will you be saving yourself a huge amount of money but you will improve your cooking, improve your health and reclaimed control in your life in such an important area. If you do not control your food source you will never have full control over your radiant health and your fat loss journey. Do not forget to make your food with love and make large quantities and put them in the fridge or freezer so that you can cook a weekly supply on a lazy Sunday afternoon.

8. Thou shalt fast intermittently on a regular basis & consider this normal: Fasting is not just a spiritual discipline or a ritual abstinence. The powers of fasting really become attractive and universal when you understand its effects on your body and mind. Popular to contrary belief, fasting does not waste muscle tissue or slow down metabolism or cause sudden passing out; these are all just illusions. To experience the physical benefits of fasting you will only have to fast for as little as 24 hours (so if you include a 8 hour sleep thats only 16 hours of not eating! You can still consume water and herbal tea and if you decide to stay busy and inspired throughout your day, you will find that you have so much time and energy, even more than if your tank was full of food. The effects of fasting have a huge effect on your hormonal system and it has been proven to raise human growth hormone by over 700%! It allows your cells to clean themselves and your organs to flush. It will make you live longer and will also make you cannibalize stubborn fat. Like most of these commandments; the full effects of fasting cannot be realistically mentioned here; but shall be explored later in another article. Try fasting twice a week from dinner to dinner or from breakfast to breakfast. 9. Thou shalt embrace your natural beauty and constitution as a real woman: This issue is hardly ever discussed but none the less holds enormous power. If we continue to look on the TV and the glossy magazines and all the latest MTV videos and Hollywood blockbusters; not only will we end up feeling rather dull, but quite ugly at the same time. There is this standardized and wholly artificial standard of beauty (usually revolving around size zeroes and glamour catwalks) that has been fed to us, that a real womans beauty is often dismissed as plain or fat. Please understand, every woman has a totally unique body shape, constitution, temperament and appeal. If we base our beauty on a standard or a handful of celebrities we are in the world of illusion. A real woman, who is curvy, healthy and toned, is the most beautiful of all. But having said that, some women are slim and frail and others are large and sturdy. Embrace your unique version of beauty, as a real woman, accept yourself and do not believe that a plastic, photo shopped bag of bones is more beautiful than a woman who is healthy, balanced and true to her self.

10. Thou shalt commit to simple action and not chase fads as they appear: Lets be honest, in todays age of never-ending information and disputes; there are many things that will catch our eye. There is so much debate and information overload that one guy will say that he is right and another guy will say that he is right saying the exact opposite thing! Maybe they are both right and there is no one size fits all approach in this wonderfully relative universe! Yes, of course you can lose weight jogging and going raw vegan! Yes, of course you can lose weight being a cavewoman Olympic lifter! Yes of course you can lose weight by starving yourself and eating meal replacements. There are many roads to Zion. But please be aware, if you chop and change and tip and dabble, you wont be getting anywhere whatever feels right for you and is in alignment with your ethos and lifestyle, pursue that; but do not expect to get results following trend after trend, fad after fad. Choose the path that is right for you, renounce all standardization or absolutism. Walk one path that is authentically in alignment to you then walk it and let go of any other option or debate. Keep your eye on the target and dont get distracted as you reach your goals. Conclusion: So there you have it! 10 shining commandments of a timeless nature, and with not a single product in sight! Yes, I know how basic and downright obvious my suggestions really are but this is why we can accept them as true and based in the realm of universal law. Who told you that truth ever had to be complex? It is our shared collective awareness that reminds us that when we live in harmony with nature, she will reward us with supreme genetic expression, radiant health, strength and a long, happy life. So I invite you to remember the simple power of following nature; and she will reward her daughters for returning to her!
