ORDER FURTHER EXTENDING THE PERIOD WITHIN WHICH THE DEBTORS MUST ASSUME OR REJECT CERTAIN UNEXPIRED LEASES OF NONRESIDENTIAL REAL PROPERTY Upon the motion (the Motion)2 of the above-captioned debtors (collectively, the Debtors) for an order extending the period within which the Debtors must assume or reject certain unexpired leases of nonresidential real property [Docket No. 4204]; it appearing that the relief requested is in the best interest of the Debtors estates, their creditors and other parties in interest; it appearing that the Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 157

and 1334; it appearing that this proceeding is a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 157(b)(2); it appearing that venue of this proceeding and the Motion in this District is proper pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1408 and 1409; it appearing that notice of the Motion and the opportunity for a hearing on the Motion was appropriate under the particular circumstances and that no other or further notice need be given; and after due deliberation and sufficient cause appearing therefor, it is hereby ORDERED 1. 2. The Motion is granted as set forth herein. The time period within which the Debtors must assume or reject the Leases is

extended through and including the earlier of (a) the date an order confirming a chapter 11 plan is entered in these cases and (b) June 18, 2007. 3. The relief granted by this Order is without prejudice to the Debtors right to seek

further extensions of the time to assume or reject some or all of the Leases. 4. The relief granted by this Order shall not affect the ability of the Debtors to

assume or reject any of the Leases. 5. The Debtors are authorized to take all actions necessary to effectuate the relief

granted pursuant to this Order in accordance with the Motion. 6. The terms and conditions of this Order shall be immediately effective and

enforceable upon its entry. 7. The Court retains jurisdiction with respect to all matters arising from or related to

the implementation of this Order.
