ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Full time Graduate Engineering Degree in respective qualifying disciplines from recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ST candidates) alongwith qualified GATE Score in 2012. Wherever CGPA/OGPA or letter grade in the qualifying degree is awarded, the equivalent percentage of marks should be indicated in the online application form as per norms adopted by the University/Institute. The candidate will have to produce a copy of these norms with respect to his/her University/Institute at the time of Interview. MAXIMUM AGE AS ON 31.8.2012 As on 31.8.2012 maximum age limit for General candidates 25 years. Relaxation in age to SC/ST/OBC(Non Creamy Layer)/PH candidates will be provided as per Govt.guidelines. SELECTION PROCEDURE Eligible shortlisted candidates having valid GATE 2012 score and degree in required disciplines will be called for Interview. An intimation through email will be sent to eligible candidates for date & time of Interview. Interview will be conducted at PDIL Bhawan, Sector-1, Noida & they will be reimbursed to and fro single sleeper class rail/bus fare on submission of copy of the tickets. Before joining, the selected candidates will be required to submit a Medical Fitness Certificate and to sign the Agreement Form & execute a Surety Bond to serve the company for a period of 03 years after successful completion of 01 year training. APPLICATION FEE (Non-refundable) Application Fee of Rs. 300/- for General & OBC candidates and Rs. 150/- for SC/ST. TRAINING, REMUNERATION & ABSORPTION The selected candidates shall be required to undergo training for one year. During training they will be paid a consolidated amount (approx.) of Rs. 27000/- p.m. (at Noida, Chennai & Vizag) and Rs.26700/- p.m.(at Baroda) as stipend. On successful completion of one year of training they will be absorbed as Engineer in the pay scale of Rs.16400-40500/- with basic pay of Rs. 16400/- p.m. & total monthly emoluments will be approx. Rs.40,570/- p.m.(Noida) and Rs. 38,680/-p.m.(Baroda) provided accommodation is not provided by Baroda Office considering DA as per IDA pattern perks and HRA. Other facilities such as Leave Encashment, Contributory PF, Group Insurance, Medical

reimbursement for Indoor Treatment, Gratuity etc. as per Company Rules are available. The selected candidates are likely to be posted at any of the offices of PDIL at the discretion of the management. GENERAL CONDITIONS a. Candidates against whom a criminal case is pending in a court of law need not apply. All Candidates to have a basic knowledge of working in Computers, MS Office and relevant specialized software. The selected candidates will be required to execute a bond to serve the company for a minimum period of 4 years (including training period) at the time of joining. Fertilizer Sector

PDIL is the prime mover of almost all the fertilizer projects such as Ammonia, Urea and Offsites & Utilities established in India in the last four decades. It has engineered and successfully executed so far 25 Ammonia Units (Grass Root / Expansions) and 38 Urea Units (Grass Root / Expansions) in the country. Our esteemed clients are almost all the major Fertilizer Manufacturers in India in Public, Co-operative and Private Sectors. Apart from the projects in India, PDIL provided Detailed Engineering and other associated consultancy services for the then worlds largest single stream gas based 2200 MTPD Ammonia Plant in Karratha, Australia of M/s Burrup Fertilizer Pvt. Ltd. The Project was commissioned successfully in 2006. PDIL tied up with M/s MHI, Japan for associating its engineers for their ammonia projects in Russia, etc. PDIL is also currently providing PMC Services for Brownfield project of Algeria Oman Fertilizer Projects at Arzew, Algeria and Engineering Consultancy Services for several assignments of M/s Jordan India Fertilizer Company (JIFCO) in Eshidiya, Jordan. PDIL has also secured orders for providing consultancy services for selection of EPC Contractor for AmmoniaUrea fertilizer Project at Port Harcourt, Nigeria and for providing EPCM services for Utilities for this Project from M/s Eleme Indorama Petrochemicals Ltd, Nigeria. PDIL is providing engineering services for many Revamp / Modernization / Energy Saving Schemes for its esteemed clients viz. NFL at Vijaipur, RCF at Thal, GSFC at Vadodara, etc. Revamp Project at Kribhco, Hazira has recently been completed successfully by PDIL. Apart from this, PDIL has also secured orders for PMC services for Feedstock Changeover Projects at Panipat, Bathinda & Nangal from NFL, at Bharuch from GNFC and at Chennai for MFL.
Oil & Gas and Refinery Sector

PDIL has provided services for Projects in Oil, Gas & Refinery Sector owned by all the major organizations in India. The facilities include LPG Import Terminals, POL Terminals/ Depots/ Storages, Crude/ Gas/ Petroleum Products Pipelines, Gas Gathering Stations, Mounded Storages for LPG, Atmospheric Cryogenic Storages for Petroleum Products, LPG Bottling Plants, City Gas Distribution including CNG Stations, Skid Mounted/ Relocatable Refinery. Infrastructure sector

PDIL has established credentials in infrastructure sector also and has provided PMC services/ Review consultant services for Housing project of the Ministry of Defence, city water distribution system.
Offsites and Utilities

PDIL has designed, engineered, tendered and procured many Offsites and Utilities packages for a large number of Clients. These include DM Water Plants, Effluent Treatment Plants, Captive Power Plants, Material handling Plants, and Atmospheric Ammonia Storage and Handling facilities.

Third Party Inspection & Non-Destructive Testing Services

PDIL is a recognized Agency for Inspection & Quality Assurance Services and undertakes Third Party Inspection Services for many projects of prestigious organizations like IOCL, BHEL, BPCL, HPCL, NDMC, PWD, State PHEDs, ONGC, ACE etc. It also provides the services for Shop & Field Inspection of Equipment & Machinery, Electricals, Instruments, Electrical Safety Audit Inspections, Automation of Oil Terminals, Depots & Retail outlets and Work Assessment & Evaluation of Vendors. PDILs Catalyst Division located at Sindri (Jharkhand) manufactures and supplies a wide range of commercially proven catalysts used in Ammonia Plants and other Industries. Catalysts manufactured by PDIL are Primary Gas Reforming, Secondary Reforming, Iron-Chromia, High Temperature CO Shift, Copper Promoted High Temperature Shift, Conventional Low Temperature Shift, High Copper Low Temperature Shift, Methanation & Super Methanation, DeSulphurization, Vanadium Pentoxide. PDILs Catalyst are in use in almost all the old and new generation Ammonia Plants in India in the Govt., Co-operative and Private Sector.
