    STATUS ITEM ACTIVITY YES / NOREMARK 1 General conditions safety the site standing instructions as listed in the "Plant Commissioning Essential Pre-requisites" (MS 1/1). 2 The installation is complete and correct in accordance with the latest drawing and specification. Access for adjustments, maintenance and repairs is satisfactory. Lubricating facilities are satisfactory and the correct oils and greases have been applied. Prove free movement of blades. Check operation by hand from full open to full close. Check correct closing and opening of blades. With the handgear check the limit switch operating position of the actuator in the open and shut position. Check supply of electricity is available. Using Local Control : 9 Check position of the blades against the actuator indicator
