1. Achieved 317% of target in RD/YSJY Campaign, which is top amongst all the regions
We targeted Government Offices, School & Collage Staff of our region for this product which helped us to mobilize large no. of Accounts. Letter is issued to all staff member of region to mobilize minimum 10 Accounts by AGM which motivates them to mobilize maximum accounts.

2. Internal Tie up with Tata Motors help us to canvass more Car loans during Campaign Period Earlier we are not getting business from them but by our repetitive efforts we have arranged Tie up with them. We Arranged Camps with their team which help us to mobilize Car loan Two of our officers are allotted to look after all the Car dealers and they make regular visit at their showroom form canvassing car loan. 3. Issues of customer related to TPP are at priority and we solve many cases Earlier issues of TPP are not been solved at branch level and also TPP is not providing details regarding that issue but due to our effort now most of issues has been solved. In Baroda Health, issues of branches and customers are directly referred to Insurance Company and TPA for the solution and we make regular follow up to solve the issue.
Similarly, In Baroda Pioneer and India First We help Branches and Customer to solve their issues immediately and provide them satisfactory Details. This Kind of services helps us to canvass more business in TPP.

4. We had given high focus on sb accounts of students of schools and colleges, making them the
target group, keeping in mind that they are going to be future salaried person or businessmen and hence this would bring in loyalty for Bank of Baroda.

5. Organized Meeting with land looser for bulk deposit.
