The investigation revealed insufficient evidence to prove the allegation that you retaliated against Todd Curry in violation of the Texas Whistleblower Act. Therefore, this allegation has been classified as Not Sustained. The investigation revealed insufficient evidence to prove the allegation that you retaliated against Todd Curry in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. Therefore, this allegation has been classified as Not Sustained. The investigation revealed sufficient evidence to disprove the allegation that you retaliated against Todd Curry in violation of Mayors Executive Order 1-39.
