(ICTSI) is in the business of acquiring, developing, managing and operating container ports and terminals worldwide.

HISTORY
Established in December 1987 in the Philippines, ICTSI has become a leading operator, innovator and pioneer in its field. After consolidating and strengthening their base and flagship operations at the Manila International Container Terminal in the Philippines, they realized the potential for an independent international terminal operator like their selves, and launched an aggressive international and domestic expansion program in 1994. The group also holds the title of being the first entity within the Philippine maritime industry to be ISO 9002 and ISO 14001 certified.

ICTSI Ltd.
ICTSI Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary, manages our foreign operations. Aside from developing new port concessions, this subsidiary is also tasked with overseeing operations of all acquired foreign terminals. Regional representatives in Manila, Hong Kong, Jakarta, MIami, Sydney, Knysna, Dubai and Ghana afford us the immediacy to respond quickly to investment opportunities. ICTSI is currently pursuing an active program to acquire new terminal concessions in Asia, Australia, the Indian Subcontinent, the Middle East, Africa, Europe and the Americas.

Our Strategy
We strive to remain a major container terminal operator, operating strategically located ports throughout the world. To achieve this, we intend to expand our activities internationally while improving our current operations, as well as developing our related businesses. We intend to focus our resources on what we do best: port management, operations and development. These resources shall be allocated and continuously re-invested to improve and upgrade our organization and manpower, information technology, support structures and cargo handling equipment to ensure world-class operating standards in all the ports we currently operate and will operate in the future.

(ICTSI) consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31 March 2011, posting revenue from port operations of US$154.9 million, an increase of 28 percent over the US$120.7 million reported last year. y ICTSI handled consolidated volume of 1,171,969 twenty foot equivalent units (TEUs) in the first quarter of 2011, 22 percent higher compared to the 962,028 TEUs handled in the same period in 2010.

and Stevedoring Services Corp. (DIPSSCOR) recently started a feeding program for malnourished children in Barangay Sasa, Davao City as part of the company s corporate social responsibility efforts. y DIPSSCOR, on the occasion of its 25th year anniversary, signed a memorandum of agreement with the Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP) for a 6-month feeding program for 70 Grade I pupils of Francisco Bangoy Central Elementary School in Barangay Sasa, Davao City, starting November to April of next year.
