'O Allah! I intend to perform 'Umrah. Make it easy for me and accept it from me.

After talbiyah the following dua was recited by Prophet (pbuh):

At meekat renew intention:

Recite Talbiya as you enter

Recite short supplications

Bismillaahi walhamdu lillahi wassalatu In the name of Allah, all praises are due to 'ala Rasulillah, Allahummaghfir li Him, and salutations on the Messenger of Allah. O Allah! Forgive my sins and open for me the gates of Your mercy.
Or complete supplication:

dhunubi waftah li abwaba rahmatika.

Audhu billahi-l-adheem wa wajhihi-l-kareem wa sultaanihi-l-qadeemmin-ashaytaanirrajeem; [bismillah was-salaatu was-salaamu alaa rasoolillah] Allahumma aftah lee abwaaba rahmatika.
I take refuge with Allaah, The Supreme and with His Noble Face, and His eternal authority from theaccursed devil. In the name of Allaah, and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of Allaah. O Allaah, open the gates of Your mercy for me.

When seeing the KABA

Any prayer is accepted at the moment when you first glance at the Ka'ba. You may recite the following supplication in the manner of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) who used to recite it when he first glanced at the Ka'ba.

Allah-u-Akbar, La-ilaha illallahu wallah-u-Akbar.

Allah is Great. None has the right to be worshipped but Allah and He is Great.

With your first glance at the Ka'ba, recite in the manner of the Prophet (pbuh)

A'udhu bi-Rabbil-baiti min-al-kufri walfaqri wa min dheeq-is-sadri wa 'adhab-iI-qabr.

I seek protection from the Lord of this House from Kufr, from destitution, from narrowness of heart and also from the torture of the grave.

Even looking at the Ka'ba is an act of worship. This is the only place in the world that has such a privilege and is so blessed.

Approaching the corner of the Ka'ba which holds Hajr-al-Aswad, raise your hands in supplication as it is the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet, and recite:

Allahumma antas-salamu wa minkas-salamu, fahayyina Rabbana bis-salam. Allahumma zid baitaka hadha tashrifan wwa ta'ziman wwa takriman wwa mahabatan wwa zid man hajjahu awi'tamara tashrifan wwa takriman wwa ta'ziman wwa birran.

O Allah! You are the peace and from You comes peace. So keep us alive, O our Lord, in peace! O Allah! Increase this Your House in dignity honor, nobleness and sacredness and its awe. And increase those who perform the Pilgrimage in honor, nobleness and righteousness.

Climb to Safa ad face Kaba and recite every time you reach Safa/Marwa

Recite any dua thereafter

My Cherisher and Sustainer forgive and have mercy. You are The Most Powerful and Most Generous
