    This recipe for chocolate sauce calls for 200g of dark chocolate, 100ml of milk, 500ml of double cream, and 20g of butter to be combined and melted together to create a rich chocolate sauce. The milk and cream are boiled and then the chopped dark chocolate is mixed in while off heat, before the butter is added and stirred until melted and incorporated into a shiny chocolate sauce.

    Chocolate Sauce

    Dark chocolate 200 gm


    Milk 100 mls
    Double cream 500 mls
    Butter 20 gm
    Method

    • Put the milk and cream in a heavy bottomed saucepan and bring to the
    boil.
    • Chop the dark chocolate and mix it into the milk and cream taking it of
    the heat.
    • Add the butter and stir until melted and shiny.
