    Raw material required 125 Ton PP Yarn available from our Yarn
    Manufacturing Unit

    FOR ROUND PP CORD

    Plant & Machine Cost 6 Head or 8 Head Cord Knitting Machine with its
    accessories (Winder, Creel Stand etc)

    200 M/C x 1.4 Lakhs = 280 Lakhs or 2.8Crores

    Labour Job or Conversion Cost from our Own Yarn Plant @ Rs15000/- Per
    Ton

    Total Production of 200 M/C per 10Hrs Shift:

    25 Kgs per Day x 200 M/C = 5000 Kgs or 5 Ton per Day

    25 Working days x 5 Ton = 125 Ton per Month

    A Total Conversion Cost:

    125 Ton x Rs15, 000/- (Per Ton) = Rs18, 75,000/-

    B Total Expense of Labour & Power per Month = 3.75 Lakhs

    Net Profit:

    A – B i.e. 18.75Lakhs – 3.75Lakhs = 15Lakh

    Percent Profit:

    15 x 100 = 5.3 % or 5%
