Imediat la trezire (pre-cardio): 10g BCAA, 1g AKKG, 1g L-Carnitine


Masa 1: O cupa Whey Protein + 1g HMB si omleta din: 4 oua intregi, sunca presata
(50g),ciuperci,ceapa,fulgi de ovaz (70g); 1 banana (proteine:50g; carbohidrati:
65g)
+1 tableta multivitamine si minerale
Pre-workout: MyPre, 5g BCAA, 2g HMB, 2g AAKG, L-Carnitine , 3g Creatine
Post workout: 2 cupe Whey Protein ,dextroza, 5 g BCAA, 5g creatina, 2g HMB, (p
roteine: 45g ; Carbohidrati:40)
MASA 2 dupa 1 ora post-workout : piept de curcan grill (200g) ,orez integral (10
0g greutate gatita),orez alb (150g greutate gatita) legume la abur (morcovi,ceap

MASA 3 Peste 2 ore jumate: o cupa Caseina + jumatate de cupa Whey protein (prote
