    By end of the lesson, students will be able to:
    a) write a complete informal letter within 250 words
    Generating ideas
    Teacher introduces informal letter and the format for SPM writing
    a) write an informal letter (individual)
    Students lists down vocabulary that are used to address their cousin in the letter
    This is a continuation lesson.

    Crime around us
    By end of the lesson, students will be able to:
    a) Collect appropriate amount of information before writing news report
    b) Order the information collected into 5 categories
    Generating ideas , arranging in order of priority, collecting and classifying information
    Students will have to predict the content for the headline given on the board as group
    a) Order the information found into 5 categories used to write news report
    Students will be asked to write the report at home based on the checklist given to them.
    People
    Everyday heroes
    By end of the lesson, students will be able to:
    a) list down 5 advantages and 5 disadvantages of your dream occupation.
    b) draw a graphic on your career path.

    Teacher talks about achievers.

    This is a repetition lesson.
    Captain nobody
    By end of the lesson, students will be able to:
    a) Identify at least 2 more characteristics of each character listed
    b) Add in new characters into their lists
    identifying characteristics
    Teacher reads aloud the highlights of chapter two and three
    a) Identify the characters that can be identified from the reading done (whole class)
    b) List down the characteristics of each character (whole class)
    Students will reflect on the characters and storyline.
